Padstow North Public School Uniform Shop
Aims:
(a) To provide a service to children and school community at a reasonable cost.
(b) To provide stock that complies with the school uniform policy.
(c) To provide a source of revenue for the school, whilst encouraging parental involvement in the school community
The Uniform Shop is located in the P&C Office at the Eastern end of Block B. It is run by the P&C and a Uniform Shop Manager (Mrs Franca Casacchia).

How to order:
All orders can be placed online through the Spriggy Schools App.
To set up an account:
Download the app.
Register your details and create a profile for your child/ren.
View the Uniform Shop Menu on the home screen and browse the items. Tap add to cart on any item then go to cart and place order.
Second Hand Uniforms:
Second-hand items are available at the Uniform Shop, sold at a reduced price.
Please consider donating used items no longer required to the Uniform Shop. These items must be clean and in good condition and can be dropped off at the uniform shop during trading hours.
Refund and Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange any item, please fill out the Refund/Exchange Form that will be included with your items and return it to the canteen.

The Uniform Shop will accept product returns and provide a refund or exchange if:
· The request to refund or exchange is made within 14 days of receiving the item/s.
· The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
· The receipt or other proof of purchase is provided.
Products may be refunded or exchanged if they have the tags attached, in original packaging and have NOT been worn.
The Uniform Shop reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
The Uniform Shop reserves the right to assess the condition and age of goods returned prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
Any refund for in-store purchases will be processed on the original card used for payment.
Spriggy refunds are retuned to your account balance in the app.

Dietary Information for products sold in the Snack Shed
The school runs a canteen which follows the Healthy School Canteen Policy. It is open for lunch each Monday to Friday.
The canteen provides a range of food and drink options at very reasonable prices and is run by volunteers.
All canteen orders must be placed through Spriggy Schools. It only takes a few minutes to set up an account online and you are ready to go!
Your help in the canteen is greatly appreciated. Volunteers assist from 9:00-11:30am on their rostered day and can choose to be rostered on as many days as they like in a term.
